Business / Functional Analyst

We are looking for a Business / Functional Analyst ( based in Italy).

📍 Location: Italy
🏢 Work model: 100% remote
🤝 B2B – up to 32,5 €/h net + VAT

About the client: The company specializes in employee benefits and payment solutions. Its portfolio includes meal cards and vouchers, employee mobility solutions, and incentive and benefits programs.

About the project: Large Salesforce project.

Responsibilities:

Authors the standalone Functional Analysis — an artefact required on this stream and not on the others.
Documents the 16 interactions functionally, the mandate lifecycle, the UTA and X Italia distinction, and the Treasury manual step.
Confirms the perimeter against the empty annex sec.1.1.
Defines the sanity test cases.

We are looking for:

Fluency in Italian.
Functional analysis in Italian.
SEPA Direct Debit and mandate management.
Requirements documentation.
Stakeholder workshops.
Knowledge about the Salesforce Platform.
