Hybrid model: Team will meet at the office (Cracow) 6 days per month
Salary upt 130zł net/h/B2B

• Plan, mobilise and direct projects from project definition to closure.

• End to end planning and delivery of one or more projects proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, team, outcomes and benefits.
• Working closely with the delivery managers and product owners to ensure alignment of their project with the wider change portfolio in Standards and Controls.

• Excellent communicator
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and best practice techniques
• Excellent understanding of agile methodologies (particularly Scrum)
• Understanding of software delivery lifecycle
• Strong understanding of how change drives benefits for customers and other stakeholders
• Proven ability to work across regions whilst maintaining a global perspective
