Budget up to 130 pln/h net + VAT

• Design, develop and maintain business process automations and AI-enabled solutions.
• Build end-to-end automation workflows using scripts, workflows, APIs, AI agents and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Analyze business processes and identify practical opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Develop and maintain integrations between internal and external systems using APIs and middleware platforms.
• Design and implement ETL pipelines and data processing solutions.
• Build AI-powered assistants, copilots and intelligent agents leveraging LLMs and Generative AI.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems and business processes.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation, monitoring and process optimization.
• Ensure solutions meet quality, scalability, maintainability and security best practices.

• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C#.
• Proven experience designing and implementing business process automation solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, webhooks, Microsoft Graph API, OAuth and authentication mechanisms.
• Experience with system integrations and middleware platforms.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including ETL and data processing.
• Hands-on experience with automation and workflow platforms such as Power Automate, Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, UiPath, n8n or similar.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Functions and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience building intelligent automation solutions using LLMs, Generative AI and AI agents.
• Good understanding of software engineering practices, including source control, testing and CI/CD.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
