QA / Test Coordinator

Hybrid model of work - 1-2 times per week from office in Mediolan

• Coordinate end-to-end testing activities to ensure deliverables meet quality standards before release.
• Plan and track test activities, timelines, and readiness for production deployment.
• Coordinate defect identification, tracking, prioritization, and resolution with relevant teams.
• Prepare and maintain test evidence, QA documentation, and reports required by the client.
• Support the client approval process by providing complete and accurate testing documentation.

• Previous experience in QA, Test Coordination, Test Management, or a similar role.
• Practical experience coordinating software testing activities and tracking test progress.
• Experience with defect management tools and producing test evidence and quality reports.
• Good understanding of software testing processes, methodologies, and release procedures.
• Familiarity with Salesforce testing would be an advantage.
