QA / Test Coordinator

Hybrid model of work - 1-2 times per week from office in Mediolan

• Coordinate the QA process, including preparation and tracking of required quality gate evidence.
• Prepare and maintain test evidence, including static analysis results, test coverage reports, test books, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with client QA teams and external testing providers to ensure testing activities are completed on schedule.
• Manage defect triage, retesting, status tracking, and communication between relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain the consolidated deliverable register and ensure all required deliverables are completed before invoicing gates are approved.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA, software testing, or test coordination roles.
• Practical experience with Salesforce testing and defect management processes.
• Familiarity with SonarQube, Salesforce Code Analyzer and/or PMD for static code analysis and quality checks.
• Experience working with Jira defect workflows, test evidence, test documentation, and defect triage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate QA activities across internal teams, clients, and external testing providers.
