Salesforce Architect / Technical Lead

Hybrid model of work - 1day per week from office in Mediolan

• Act as the technical authority for the AMS perimeter and own L3 technical escalations.
• Lead root-cause analysis and manage Problem Records through to resolution.
• Represent Xebia in the Design Authority for AMS-originated changes and provide technical guidance on proposed solutions.
• Own the technical-debt baseline and remediation plan, ensuring risks and improvement actions are identified and tracked.
• Review code and technical changes before release, while maintaining the integration register and known-error database.

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Application and/or System Architect, with deep hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
• Advanced knowledge of Apex, Salesforce Flow, LWC and Aura.
• Strong understanding of API-led integration patterns and Salesforce integration architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, including Apex Flex Queue behaviour and their impact on solution design and performance.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce security model, including access controls, sharing, profiles, permission sets and data security.
