Rate: 150-170 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B)

100% remote

Role purpose

Draft, re-draft/refactor and maintain Ai-ready technical standards so that they are clear, testable, traceable, AI-readable and suitable for downstream Standards-as-Code artefacts. This role turns narrative content into structured requirements, conformance wording, examples, exception logic and publication-ready material while preserving the human-readable standard as the authoritative source of meaning.

• Requirement decomposition: Convert narrative standards into clear atomic requirements as part of GenAi-ready standards.
• Conformance wording: Write baseline / enhanced / full conformance language, mandatory and optional rules, exception treatment and conformance report expectations.
• Publication quality: Produce standard text that is clear enough for human readers and explicit enough for GenAi agents, tools and validation workflows to interpret consistently.
• Examples and anti-patterns: Create compliant examples, non-compliant examples, remediation guidance and starter templates for priority standards.
• Traceability: Maintain linkage between source standard, requirement cases, rule/guideline sets, conformance suite, examples and evidence pack.
• Stakeholder alignment: Work with standards leads; data modelling leads; Service Line, CT & ET contributors; product owners and platform teams to make requirements practical and measurable.

• Strong technical writing, standards drafting and requirements analysis.
• Ability to distinguish policy / data management / operational / technical requirements and write each at the right level of enforceability.
• Comfortable with normative MUST / SHOULD / MAY  language and conformance models.
• Able to convert ambiguous narrative into discrete, testable, evidenceable requirements.
• Able to work with SMEs to capture “what good looks like” for data products, metadata, APIs, glossary terms, reference data, data quality and controls.
• Comfortable producing material for both humans and AI-assisted workflows.
